The Under 23 Programme is directed towards the more experienced youth sailors who have typically had exposure to match racing through the Development Squad or other means.

What a season looks like
A season starts in June / July with the first focus being boat handling. Phase 2 is learning how to match race and competing in small grade 5 MR events prepping for the regatta season. The regatta season consists of travelling around NZ and Australia competing in some of the top youth match racing events in the world.
